Kastelholman linna on Ahvenanmaan kuuluisimpia nähtävyyksiä. Kyseessä on keskiaikainen kivilinna. Sen sisäpihalla on aikajanakuva jossa esitetään linnan historiaa. Historia alkaa vuodesta 1388, jolloin on arveltu linnan olevan rakennettu valmiiksi. Linnan nimi löytyy tuolloin kirjoituksista.
Kastelholma Castle is one of Åland's most famous attractions. It is a medieval stone castle. In its courtyard, there is a timeline showing the history of the castle. The history begins in 1388, when it is assumed that the castle was already built. The name of the castle can be found in writings at that time.

Gustav Vasa visits castle.

Gustav Vasa orderes the restoration of castle and turns it over royal hunting castle.

Gustav Vasa visits the castle: his son John is appointed as Duke of Finland.

Erik XIV is kept as prisoner at the castle by his brother John III.

The last battle of the castle. Kastelholm is drawn into fight between Duke Carl and King Sigismund.

The Great Wrath. A timber palisade was build to protect eastern side of the castle.
