"This tree is dedicated to Major Frank Foley who
during World War 2, in his position as Passport
Control Official at the British Embassy in Berlin,
forged documents in order to save the lives of
thousands of \jews. After the war, Foley never
sought any recognition for his acts; instead
retiring to Stourbridge in anonymity.Today,
Foley is honoured as Righteous/Among
the Nations by the State of Israel."
