This Fine Art America puzzle of a water color painting by Matthew Lynch measures 18 X 24 inches and includes 500 pieces. It is made from premium 0.2 inch thick paper and includes a semi-gloss coating on the top surface.
Created by local artist Martin Lynn, the colorful stone statue was dedicated to the St Martin market Women. It was sponsered by Janet & Gerald Carrus and reproduced by Teo Bonev. It shows a seated dark skin market woman with a basket of goods between her legs.
A plaque says:
"In memory of M. Martin Lynn / Designer / Feb. 12, 2006 / A&C"
Next to the statue, a poem called "The Market" by Ruby Bute (26-10-01) is written on another plaque. It starts with:
"Many souls, thousands ten thousands have trodden
Through my open-air gallery.
