El colegio católico "La Milagrosa", dispone de un campanario que consta de dos campanas y hay una imagen de la virgen de la Medalla Milagrosa que puede ser observada por casi todo el municipio.
HISTORIA:
"El 27 de noviembre de 1830 la Virgen Santísima se apareció a Santa Catalina Labouré, humilde religiosa vicentina, y se le apareció de esta manera: La Virgen venía vestida de blanco. Junto a Ella había un globo luciente sobre el cual estaba la cruz. Nuestra Señora abrió sus manos y de sus dedos fulgentes salieron rayos luminosos que descendieron hacia la tierra. María Santísima dijo entonces a Sor Catalina:
"Este globo que has visto es el mundo entero donde viven mis hijos. Estos rayos luminosos son las gracias y bendiciones que yo expando sobre todos aquellos que me invocan como Madre. Me siento tan contenta al poder ayudar a los hijos que me imploran protección. ¡Pero hay tantos que no me invocan jamás! Y muchos de estos rayos preciosos quedan perdidos, porque pocas veces me rezan".
Entonces alrededor de la cabeza de la Virgen se formó un círculo o una aureola con estas palabras: "Oh María sin pecado concebida, ruega por nosotros que recurrimos a Ti". Y una voz dijo a Catalina: "Hay que hacer una medalla semejante a esto que estás viendo. Todas las personas que la lleven, sentirán la protección de la Virgen", y apareció una M, sobre la M una cruz, y debajo los corazones de Jesús y María. Es lo que hoy está en la Medalla Milagrosa."

Then a circle or a halo was formed around the head of the Virgin with these words: "O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to You". And a voice said to Catalina: "You have to make a medal similar to what you are seeing. All the people who wear it will feel the protection of the Virgin", and an M appeared, on the M a cross, and below the hearts of Jesus and Mary. It is what is in the Miraculous Medal today."
