Located in North Fort Myers where the Business US Hwy 41 and the by-pass US Hwy 41 meet is a quadrivia. The four intersecting roads are North Fork Drive, North Cleveland Avenue, North Tamiami Trail and US Business 41.

It is at this point where North Cleveland Avenue changes into North Tamiami Trail. North Cleveland Ave starts here and goes south on US Hwy 41 to the Caloosahatchee River. There it changes and continues south as Cleveland Avenue to Colonial Blvd. (County Road 884). From there it continues south as South Cleveland Ave. to Daniels Parkway (County Road 876) where it changes into South Tamiami Trail.
