This is one of several Flora and Fauna Information Signs at the top of the trail that leads down into the valley to the fabled Heavener Runestone. This sign describes some of the birds that you might see during your walk, including Goldfinch, Dark-Eyed Junco, Mockingbird, Carolina Wren, Bluejay, Chickadee, Tufted Titmouse, Purple Martin, and our state bird, Scissor-Tailed Flycatcher.
