The modern church was built in 2002-14 according to the project of Slovenian architect Ivo Goropevšek.

The supporting part of the nave is made up of 12 columns, which symbolize the 12 apostles. The front side is formed by two towers slightly inclined towards the building itself, representing the 2 Slavic saints - St. Cyril and Methodius. In the Event Centre, you can see the reconstructed Jesuit cellar from the second half of the 17th century and there is also the entrance to the 42-metre high observation tower of the Church of the Holy Spirit.

The church is completely wheelchair accessible, with air conditioning and underfloor heating. The interior will be gradually retrofitted according to financial possibilities. The sanctuary was made by the sculptor Otmar Oliva, the Stations of the Cross by the painter Bedriška Znojemská.

Moderní kostel byl postaven v letech 2002-14 podle projektu slovinského architekta Iva Goropevška. Nosnou cást lodi tvorí 12 sloupu, které symbolizují 12 apoštolu. Celní stranu tvorí dve veže mírne naklonené k vlastní stavbe, které predstavují 2 slovanské svetce - svatého Cyrila a Metodeje. V Centru akcí si mužete prohlédnout zrekonstruovaný jezuitský sklep z 2. poloviny 17. století a je zde také vstup na 42 metru vysokou vyhlídkovou vež kostela Svatého Ducha. Kostel je zcela bezbariérový, s klimatizací a podlahovým vytápením. Interiér bude postupne dovybavován podle financních možností. Autorem svatostánku je sochar Otmar Oliva, krížovou cestu vytvorila malírka Bedriška Znojemská.
