The firefighters have gone this Tuesday to the well-known building of the Union and the Phoenix, located in the Plaza de las Tendillas, after receiving notice that several rubble from the façade had fallen onto the public highway, although fortunately they have ended up directly at the ground without causing injuries or other material damage, according to reports from the Fire and Rescue Service (SEIS).
Specifically, the firefighters received the notice at 9:00 a.m., moving to the area of ??the El Granadal park, who have deployed the ladder and, after verifying that the coating on the part of the façade where the rubble has fallen did not present any more damage and was fixed, they have not had to clean up the facade or cordon off the area.
This is not the first landslide of rubble that has occurred in recent weeks in the streets of the center of the capital, after recent similar incidents in Foro Romano and Doce de Octubre streets, among others.
