Built by James A Boyce in 1886, the Friendship Baptist Church held services here until 1965. Miracle Temple of Faith, Redeemed Temple of Jesus Christ were others that occupied the building between 1974 and 2001. Today it is a Gallery and event space, painted with vibrant patterns and colors to attract those passing by.
