The 1966 description in the NGS datasheet remains accurate, with the exception that there is no longer a wire gate in the fence. The mark now projects about 1 inch above the surface of the ground; the original witness post is concreted into the ground 1.9 feet to the northeast of the disk and two other metal posts are driven into the ground about 4 feet to the east and south of the benchmark.
