This is along a sidewalk leading to the Charlotte Pier, at the edge of Ontario Beach Park. It is wheelchair accessible.

Parking is available nearby. Restrooms are open seasonally.

There are all sorts of locks here, including combination, painted, decorated, and beaded.

The park is open year round 7am to 11pm
