A historic carousel next to the Air & Space Museum. it was built by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company in 1920. It was originally installed at Buckroe Beach which is just north of Fort Monroe. It was removed from Buckroe Beach in 1985, then restored and installed here in 1991.
It holds 48 hand-carved horses, a Bruder band organ with 66 Key B.A.B. rolls, 42 paintings, and 30 paintings on a 45 diameter platform that is in 18 sections.
