Frank Murphy was born in Harbor Beach, Michigan in 1890 and died in Detroit, Michigan on July 19, 1949. He was buried in the Thumb Area of Michigan near his hometown at Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Cemetery. The grave site has a central pillar with the name Murphy on it with surround rectangular in the ground flat stones for each of the family members including his father, mother, and brother.
