This Woodmen of the World marker is located in the Seven Springs United Methodist Cemetery in Seven Springs, North Carolina. There is a round 'Woodmen of the World' medallion on the top. Below is a plaque with name and dates inscribed. The log monument stands upright on a two tier sawn off logs base decorated with ivy vines and a peace lily. The inscription reads:
