The New Life Lutheran Church at 1121 Buffalo Canyon Drive, Dripping Springs, TX 7820 is the official location of the church property. Buffalo Canyon Drive joins into Event Center Drive before Event Center Drive forms a juncture with Rural Route 12 (RR 12) at a red light.

At the stop light on RR 12, turn onto Event Center Drive. Event Center Drive splits soon after, so turn to your left to get onto Buffalo Canyon Drive. Soon after getting onto Buffalo Canyon Drive, look of a small billboard promoting New Life Lutheran Church with a large tree logos and name on it. Turn onto the driveway that leads into the scrub brush on a gravel road (yes, gravel road). Drive on the gravel road until it opens up into a large parking lot on your right side. Turn right into the parking area and go to the far right-end of the lot to park. Park before getting to the two pathways that lead away from the parking lot. Walk to the path on your LEFT (near the open field, not toward the fence) when walking toward the edge of the parking lot. Not too far along this left path you will begin to see the outline of the labyrinth to your left. Turn off the path and head to the labyrinth when you choose.

Here are coordinates that summarize the way to find the labyrinth:
Turn off RR 12 onto Buffalo Canyon Dr.: N30 12.952 W098 05.050
Turn onto the gravel path driveway: N30 12.925 W098 05.164
Arrive at the parking lot: N30 12.850 W098 05.265
Center of the labyrinth: N30 12.852 W098 05.314

The New Life Lutheran Church labyrinth is coiled into a 45 foot diameter and has the classic pattern of weaving and folding through the four quarters of the pathway before reaching the center circle. The pathway in the same pathway out. The path is made of native soil covered with grasses and has limestone rocks as edging. The path tends to be narrow and often some of the rocks have gotten bumped in the pathway. Simply place these errant rocks back into the edge area as you walk the path. It keeps you from stumbling on the stray rock and makes the labyrinth look better!

The pathway to the labyrinth's center is designed to complement the concept that walking a labyrinth allows you to meditate and release your tensions and worries on the way in. At the center, you can leave those frustrations there and can return on the same path back with a more relaxed attitude of hope and contentment.
