From the centerline of the cattleguard crossing on State Highway 372 just to the southeast of the junction with U.S. 189, the mark is located about 100 feet to the northeast. It is about 6 feet to the southeast of the right-of-way fence and about 5 feet southeast from the PROJ-OP11-03(024) RW-797 aluminum right-of-way monument. It is set in the top of a square concrete post that projects about 5 inches above the ground.
