From the junction of McKinnon Road and State Highway 414 at N41 01.736 W109 57.750, drive northward on McKinnon Road for about 2.0 miles to where a private ranch road splits off to the northwest at N41 03.245 W109 56.820. The benchmark is located to the southwest of the gate in the fence through which the ranch road passes, and is about one foot to the southwest of a metal witness post and sign. It is set in the top of a square concrete post that projects about 6 inches above the ground. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a "view" picture of the mark while I was here, and thus I have supplied a grainy Google Street View screenshot of the area looking northwest from McKinnon Road with the location of the benchmark circled in red.
