El menú del Restaurante Histórico Massimo d'Azeglio se basa principalmente en la cocina tradicional romana, pero también es el reflejo gastronómico de la historia de la familia Bettoja . Una historia de tres generaciones que tiene su origen en el Piamonte y luego se traslada al centro de Roma, pasando también por el comercio del vino con Sicilia y Puglia.
Esta contaminación enogastronómica da vida a una carta única que satisface todo tipo de gustos gracias a platos elaborados con materias primas de la más alta calidad y que se reelaboran a lo largo del año según la estacionalidad de los ingredientes.
150 years of flavor
The menu of the Massimo d'Azeglio Historical Restaurant is based mainly on traditional Roman cuisine, but it is also a gastronomic reflection of the history of the Bettoja family. A story of three generations that has its origins in Piedmont and then moves to the center of Rome, also passing through the wine trade with Sicily and Puglia.
This enogastronomic contamination gives life to a unique menu that satisfies all kinds of tastes thanks to dishes made with the highest quality raw materials and that are reworked throughout the year depending on the seasonality of the ingredients.
