I actually stumbled upon this hydrographic BM while looking for another BM. It took much research to find the actual station report as the coordinates are way off. Many other hydrographic BMs in the area, see if you can find them.

Accessible by passenger car or light truck and a walk of less than 50 m.

Cornwall concrete retaining wall of wharf near east end of harbour road, 21.9 m east of a canadian hydrographic gauge house, 50.3 m west of west wall of warehouse used by ocean forwarders limited and cullen stevedoring company limited, tablet in top of wall, 11.0 m west of a 90-degree angle in wall, 24 cm from west end, 46 cm from south edge, 46 cm from north edge. Established by canadian hydrographic service.
