THIS MARK IS LOCATED IN THE SIDEWALK IN THE SOUTH-SOUTHWEST ANGLE OF NORTH MAIN STREET AND MICHIGAN AVENUE AND IN FRONT OF THE MONTICELLO BANKING CO. BUILDING, ACROSS NORTH MAIN STREET FROM WAYNE COUNTY COURTHOUSE. IT IS 36 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE APPROXIMATE CENTER OF NORTH MAIN STREET, 24 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE APPROXIMATE CENTER OF MICHIGAN AVENUE, 19 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE CENTER OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE INTO THE BANK BUILDING, 1.5 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE BANK BUILDING, AND 0.1 OF A FOOT NORTHWEST OF THE FACE OF THE BANK BUILDING BETWEEN THE CORNER BUILDING PIER AND A WINDOW. IT IS A STANDARD BENCH MARK DISK CEMENTED IN A DRILL HOLE IN THE CONCRETE FOUNDATION OF THE BANK BUILDING AND FLUSH WITH THE LEVEL OF THE SIDEWALK AND THE DISK IS STAMPED E 44 RESET 1968.
