AT DAYTON, NEAR THE SOUTH CORNER OF THE COURT HOUSE YARD, 10.5 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE NORTHWEST CURB OF U.S. HIGHWAY 27, 47 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE NORTHEAST CURB OF A STREET, 13.2 FEET NORTHEAST OF A FLAG POLE, 132 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH CORNER OF THE COURT HOUSE AND SET IN THE TOP OF A 9-BY 9-INCH STONE POST PROJECTING ABOUT 12 INCHES.
