"The home of the King will soon be home to a Bahama Breeze. Darden Restaurants Inc. says it will build one of its Caribbean-style restaurants in Memphis, Tenn., within the next 18 months. The company previously announced plans for two other sites during the same period in the Miami and Tampa areas.
