The original Station No. 92 was destroyed during a highway expansion project in the mid-1960s; this reset disk was set in roughly the same location in its place. The disk is set in a square concrete post that projects about 8 inches above the ground, is about 100 feet to the northeast of the centerline of the double-lane northwest-bound lane of U.S. 287/30, and is about 20 feet to the southwest of a fence line. The base of the concrete post is cracked and offset, rendering the disk to be in poor condition due to the offset.
