La Catedral de Segorbe acogió la presentación de su visita cultural, un proyecto realizado por la Diócesis segorbina junto con la empresa ArtiSplendore, especializada en la gestión cultural y turística. Se trata de un evento especialmente importante porque convierte a esta catedral en la más digitalizada de la Comunidad Valenciana.
La Alcaldesa de Segorbe, Mª Carmen Climent, participó en el acto y felicitó al Museo de la Catedral de Segorbe por el reciente Premio al Mérito Turístico que le ha sido concedido, algo que subraya la tremenda importancia turística que tiene la seo en el conjunto de la localidad segorbina.
Francisco Moya, CEO de ArtiSplendore, afirmó que ha sido “un orgullo poder participar con la realización de la visita turística en la divulgación histórica y artística tan destacada que tiene la catedral”.
Moya también aseguró que ArtiSplendore está presente en España, Italia y México “dando lo mejor que tenemos para que monumentos situados en núcleos urbanos de interior, como la Catedral de Segorbe, así como en grandes ciudades, puedan aumentar el número de visitantes”.
Este paso adelante en la digitalización de la visita cultural incluye la implantación del ‘Articketing’, una plataforma que permite obtener la entrada de forma presencial de manera rápida y segura. Es la primera vez que esta plataforma, que ofrece diversas soluciones que permiten la gestión integral del monumento, se instala en la Comunidad Valenciana.
Con la voluntad de acercar el Arte y la cultura presentes en el conjunto catedralicio se ha implementado un sistema de audioguías en castellano, inglés y francés que proponen, de manera profundamente didáctica, la grandeza artística e histórica presente en la catedral segorbina.Con estas audioguías el visitante se podrá sumergir en la rica evolución arquitectónica del templo, los retablos que habitan en sus capillas o la gran y desconocida colección de pintura que la Seo posee. El recorrido planteado incluye el magnífico claustro calificado como una de las joyas del gótico español, así como toda la espléndida colección de obras artísticas, entre las que destaca una Madonna que se atribuye al famoso escultor florentino, Donatello.
En ese sentido, el Obispo de Segorbe-Castellón, Mons. Casimiro López Llorente, destacó que se trata de “una nueva visita para un templo nuevo”, que servirá a modo de “catequesis” como históricamente han servido las catedrales.
A la presentación asistieron numerosos representantes de la diócesis, así como del Ayuntamiento y miembros del Cabildo Catedralicio que han contribuido a la consecución de esta modernización de la catedral.
Además, la Catedral de Segorbe lanza una nueva web en la que el diseño y el contenido se muestran al servicio del visitante para ofrecer una navegación sencilla, elegante e intuitiva.
Con motivo del Año Jubilar Diocesano que se está celebrando, se ha actualizado por completo la instalación eléctrica de la catedral, así como restaurado las capillas del claustro y se ha rediseñado la iluminación artística de todo el conjunto catedralicio. Toda una serie de novedades que permitirán disfrutar como nunca de este templo único, que podrá visitarse desde el día 9 de febrero en horario de 11 a 13:30 horas, de martes a sábado.
Un conjunto de servicios implantados por ArtiSplendore de la mano de la Diócesis de Segorbe que contribuyen a que la Catedral se convierta en la más informatizada y digitalizada de la Comunidad Valenciana.

This step forward in the digitization of cultural visits includes the implementation of 'Articketing', a platform that allows you to obtain tickets in person quickly and safely. It is the first time that this platform, which offers various solutions that allow the integral management of the monument, has been installed in the Valencian Community.
With the desire to bring the art and culture present in the cathedral complex closer, an audio guide system in Spanish, English and French has been implemented that proposes, in a deeply didactic way, the artistic and historical greatness present in the Cathedral of Segorbina.With these audio guides the visitor will be able to immerse themselves in the rich architectural evolution of the temple, the altarpieces that inhabit its chapels or the great and unknown collection of paintings that the Seo possesses. The proposed tour includes the magnificent cloister classified as one of the jewels of Spanish Gothic, as well as the entire splendid collection of artistic works, among which a Madonna stands out, attributed to the famous Florentine sculptor, Donatello.
In this sense, the Bishop of Segorbe-Castellón, Msgr. Casimiro López Llorente, stressed that it is "a new visit to a new temple", which will serve as a "catechesis" as cathedrals have historically served.
The presentation was attended by numerous representatives of the diocese, as well as the City Council and members of the Cathedral Chapter who have contributed to the achievement of this modernization of the cathedral.
In addition, the Cathedral of Segorbe launches a new website in which the design and content are displayed at the visitor's service to offer simple, elegant and intuitive navigation.
On the occasion of the Diocesan Jubilee Year that is being celebrated, the electrical installation of the cathedral has been completely updated, as well as the cloister chapels have been restored and the artistic lighting of the entire cathedral complex has been redesigned. A whole series of novelties that will allow you to enjoy this unique temple like never before, which can be visited from February 9 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
