The St. Paul's Labyrinth and Meditation Garden is by the northwest corner of St. Paul's Episcopal Church midway along East Church Street in Smithfield, North Carolina. The circular patio is made with light brown and gray bricks. It is immediately surrounded by crushed stone into which some 50 engraved granite pavers have been set. A cast bronze plaque mounted to a boulder by the labyrinth entrance reads:
