In the oldest park in Riga, two lion sculptures are placed on the lawn.The lions are identical, both lions lying down and placed on a plinth. They are probably made of sandstone and are about 1-1.5 meters high.
The park is called Vermane Garden (Latvian: Vermanes darzs). Vermane Garden was originally created as Wöhrmann Park in 1814.
