Belchertown Cultural Council has inaugurated a “SparkPride!” program. The first mural to be completed was by Althea Keaton. She painted the utility box at Main and Maple Street with an image of the Clapp Memorial Library and fanciful and colorful butterflies against a blue background. The utility box was made possible by a grant from the Belchertown Community Alliance Inc.
