A Little Free Library in Rainier, Oregon that overlooks the beautiful Columbia River. The library is brown and is made mostly out of wood. On the library's post, there is a small figurine of a gnome climbing up a ladder. At the base of the library, there is a decorative tile of a salmon getting caught on a fishing hook.

The little library is located along a concrete pathway near King Drive that is connected to Rainier City Park and the City of Rainier Boat Launch. The library is managed by a man called "The Steward" and his wife.
