The Samuel I. Fox Building is an historic building located at 531 Broadway in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter, in the U.S. state of California. The Art Deco building was designed by William Templeton Johnson and completed in 1929.

"The following buildings are designated sites or those for which information is available which indicates they have unquestionable architectural and/or historical significance", of which Samuel I Fox Building is one of them.

"Four-story, built 1929, William Templeton Johnson, Architect. Influence of the Mission Revival style and Mediterranian with cast iron decorative grillage, terra cota sculptured spandrel between the third and fourth floors and overhanging tile roof. Interior remodeled and fire escapes added later to accommodate its present use as clothing store."
