The Crestview Veterans Memorial is at the northwest corner of Main and Courthouse Terrace, at the corner of a parking lot. There is also a fountain here.

Okaloosa County Veterans Memorial

In Memory Of Those Who Made The Supreme Sacrifice In All Wars POW, and MIA


Date of dedication: 2003

Description of Memorial:
The memorial is formed of black ganite, with white lettering. The memorial is comprised of five monuments. The central monument (the largest of the five) bears the text above and the seals of the Five Armed Services. The four flanking monuments carry the names of conflicts and the names of veterans who fought in those wars. Two flagpoles, flying the U.S. and Florida flags, are behind the monument. A circular brick fountain is in front of the monument.
