"Horses In The City," an art project begun in 2007 and scheduled to run through 2008, is still going strong as various sponsors arrange for painted fiberglass horses at their places of business. This horse, decorated as a veterans memorial, in in front of the Shawnee Chapter of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
