The Malvern Town Clock is a four sided freestanding clock manufactured by the Verdin Co. At the top of the clock is finial and a above each face is a plaque with the inscription MALVERN. In addition, at the bottom, between the each of the four clock, are bronze lion heads with rings hanging from their mouths. The dial of the clock has Arabic numerals for the hours, short lines at 12 minute intervals, and black hands. The dial has the manufacturer's name The Verdin Company of Cincinnati, Ohio.
The clock is supported by a green fluted column and a square base. The base has two plaques. A bronze plaque indentifies the manufacturer as the Verdin Company the second is a green plaque with gold lettering that lists donors.
