From the entrance to the Sodergreen Lake parking area (which is on publicly accessible Wyoming State Trust Land) at N41 09.518 W105 55.780, travel 175 feet northeast on State Highway 230. From here, the azimuth mark is approximately 70 feet southeast of the centerline of the highway. It is set in a concrete post that projects about 3 inches above the ground and is roughly 1 foot southwest of the original 4x4 wooden witness post.
