This railroad bridge was built by the Lancashire & York Railway.
and now is part of the 'Rails To Trails' route 'The Catleford Greenway', part of National Cycle Route 69.
The bridge is at the southern end of a section that ran from Cutsyke Junction to Methley Junction and formed part of the Pontefract to Methley railway.
