[ES] Se trata de dos edificios situados en la cornisa que divisa el río Duero y la vega, cerca de la iglesia de San Antolín, conocidos como “Las Casas del Tratado” de finales del siglo XV uno y del XVII el otro, señala la tradición la firma del Tratado de Tordesillas el 7 de junio de 1495 entre las coronas de Castilla y Portugal.
La casa más antigua conserva la fachada primitiva; tiene basamento de sillería piedra en la primera planta, con puerta de arco carpanel que conduce a un zaguán y ventana de iluminación. La segunda planta presenta balcones sobre tirantes de hierro y está construida en ladrillo al igual que la última con dos huecos para mirador y cornisa y alero. En la esquina torreón, como era típico en todas las construcciones solariegas medievales y del comienzo de la Edad Moderna. Tres escudos dos soportados por leones, el otro de los Reyes Católicos cerrado bajo alfiz. Será de los años finales del XV.
En 1994 se llevó a cabo una rehabilitación, donde se eliminó el mirador y descubrió el torreón. Se transformaron los interiores, que contaban con un gran deterioro.
La otra casa responde su construcción a los finales del siglo XVI o ya del XVII y según modelos renacentistas. Su tipología arquitectónica también es característica, aunque distinta a la del precedente palacio. En este caso es un edificio bloque de planta cuadrangular que se ordena en torno a un patio interior.
La fachada se organiza en tres plantas. La inferior hasta una imposta plana tiene basamento de sillería de piedra, ventanas rectangulares y ancha portada adintelada, fuera del eje y de formular simetrías; en sus flancos altos sendos escudos cuartelados de los propietarios (según Ara Gil, el izquierdo lleva un tronco y barras verticales con bordes de cruces, el otro con un puente y barras inclinadas y un aspa con flores de lis en los ángulos).
Las otra dos plantas son de ladrillo con cuatro balcones rectangulares con rejería, más volada la del que se sitúa encima de la puerta de acceso. Un último cuerpo presenta paseador y mirador, pues en él se abren siete ventanas con arcos de medio punto entre pilastras toscanas conformando una galería. El eje de la portada se continúa encima de la cornisa con una pequeña espadaña con tronera para campana y rematada por cruz de hierro.
Tras la puerta se accede al zaguán que enfila hacia la escalera y el patio. Éste responde igualmente a la tipología palacial vallisoletana de desarrollar un lado plano y los otros tres con porticados sobre columnas toscanas de piedra con zapata de madera y encima galerías cerradas construidas sobre pies derechos con zapatas de igual material. En los laterales se advierte que la construcción del edificio se realizó con piedra lo menos, con ladrillo, tapial y entramado de madera lo más.

The other house corresponds to its construction at the end of the 16th or 17th century and according to Renaissance models. Its architectural typology is also characteristic, although different from that of the previous palace. In this case, it is a block building with a quadrangular floor plan that is arranged around an interior patio.
The facade is organized in three floors. The lower one up to a flat impost has a stone masonry base, rectangular windows and a wide lintelled doorway, off-axis and formulating symmetries; on its high flanks two separate shieldsquarters of the owners (according to Ara Gil, the left one has a trunk and vertical bars with borders of crosses, theanother with a bridge and slashes and a cross with fleurs-de-lis at the corners).
The other two floors are made of brick with four rectangular balconies with ironwork, the one above the access door being more overhanging. A last body presents a promenade and viewpoint, since seven windows with semicircular arches open between Tuscan pilasters, forming a gallery. The axis of the doorway is continued above the cornice with a small belfry with an embrasure for a bell and topped by an iron cross.
After the door there is access to the hall that leads to the stairs and the patio. This also responds to the palatial typology Valladolid to develop one flat side and the other three with porticoes on Tuscan stone columns with footingof wood and above closed galleries built on straight feet with footings of the same material. On the sides it notices that the construction of the building was carried out with stone at least, with brick, mud wall and wooden framework at most.
