The plaque on the back of the box notes it as an Eagle Scout Project placed in Spring 2022 by Jeremy Durbin of Troop 208. Save for the roof and hinges, it is entirely made of wood with a mono pitched roof with real shingles. It is painted brown with green trim on the door, which features a glass pane and a black knob. Other than needing a splash of paint around the knob, it is well-stocked and in very good condition, and you may visit at any time.
