The mark is set in a concrete monument that is flush with the ground. It is between the old wooden witness post and the newer metal and fiberglass witness posts. Good parking near the mark is somewhat hard to find - please keep safety in mind and ensure that you're out of the way of highway traffic wherever you choose to park.
