According to the NGS data sheet description, this was the fourth reference mark for triangulation station BOLTON 2. After the 1984 NGS recovery group determined that RM4 had been moved out of place, they reset the mark and stamped is with "NO 5" to designate it as RM5. It is located in the southeast corner of a farmhouse yard on the north side of 322nd St.
