Sobre plataforma de planta circular com pavimento em calçada à portuguesa delimitada por cantaria, assenta soco quadrangular de cantaria e plinto paralelepipédico, com cada uma das faces ornadas por almofadas quadrangulares concêntricas côncavas; sobre este, assenta ainda faixa de cantaria mais saliente e ergue-se coluna de fuste liso com amplo capitel cúbico, decorado na face frontal e posterior por escudos, de formato nacional, o último liso e vazio; o da face frontal apresenta-se esquartelado, tendo no I quartel as armas dos Aguiares, no II as dos Pereiras Rebelos, no III as do Botelho e no IV as dos Mourão.

Peri-urbano, isolado. Ergue-se num largo circular, pavimentado a calçada à portuguesa, delimitado por murete baixo, desenvolvido no lado oposto à principal entrada da Quinta do Solar de Mateus (v. PT011714150004). O largo é envolvido por zona de lazer, com mesas e bancos de pedra e árvores de grande porte. Na proximidade, fica uma fonte construída em 1949 (v. PT011714150144).

On a platform with a circular floor plan with a Portuguese stone pavement delimited by stonework, there is a quadrangular stonework basement and a parallelepiped plinth, with each face decorated with concentric concentric quadrangular cushions; on this, there is still a more prominent stonework strip and a column with a smooth shaft with a large cubic capital, decorated on the front and back faces by national-shaped shields, the latter smooth and empty; the one on the front is quartered, with the arms of the Aguiares in the first quarter, the second for the Pereiras Rebelos, the third for the Botelho and the fourth for the Mourão.

Framework
Peri-urban, isolated. It stands in a circular square, paved with Portuguese pavement, delimited by a low wall, developed on the opposite side of the main entrance to Quinta do Solar de Mateus (see PT011714150004). The square is surrounded by a leisure area, with stone tables and benches and large trees. Nearby is a fountain built in 1949 (see PT011714150144).
