The Warwick Town Hall, officially opened in October 1888, is a two-storeyed sandstone building of Classical influence, with a symmetrical principal facade with a recessed colonnaded verandahs to both levels, and a central entry bay emphasised by an imposing clock tower. Within the colonnade are archways to either side of the entry forming a small vestibule. Mounted on the wall under the colonnade is the Footballers Memorial (WM16K4K)
