Mount Magazine Scenic Byway (Highway 309) goes from Paris to Havana and takes travelers up and across Mount Magazine. This is the route one would take to visit Signal Hill, the highest point in Arkansas. There are several pull-outs where one can park and view the scenery as well as cemeteries, Mount Magazine State Park, and the trailhead to hike up to the top of Signal Hill and the Arkansas High Point.
