Der stark stilisierte Kopf aus korrodiertem Eisen steht erhöht vor dem Neumarkter Schlossweiher und bildet einen markanten Blickpunkt am Ufer. Behelmt anmutend, erinnert er an die Büsten der Brunnenanlage vor dem Rathaus.

The highly stylized head made of corroded iron stands elevated in front of the Neumarkt castle pond and forms a striking focal point on the shore. Helmeted in appearance, it is reminiscent of the busts on the fountain in front of the town hall.
