This library provides a source of books to local youngsters who need them. It is located at The Helping Center which provides nourishment and support to those in need. It was dedicated as part of the Read4Life Book Fair where a community reading area was unveiled and over 1,500 children's books were given away. The Read4Life program is a part of the larger Learn for Life program sponsored by The Club at Horseshoe Bay 2021 Mah Jongg Tournament.
