Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church is located on the corner of North 3rd and Woodbine Streets in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The parish was founded in 1906. On December 18, 1928, ground was broken for the construction of the present building. The cornerstone was laid by the Rt. Rev. Philip R. McDevitt, Bishop of Harrisburg, on June 2, 1929.
