Saint Mary of Grace Church is located on Water Street in Meadville, Pennsylvania. The parish was originally founded in 1909 to serve the local Italian community. The original church building was completed in 1912 and was used until 1957, when the present church was built. In 2021, Saint Mary of Grace was merged with nearby Saint Agatha and Saint Brigid Churches to form a new parish called Epiphany of the Lord Parish.
