455-71: CONCRETE BRIDGE CARRYING HWY 28 OVER EEL'S CREEK, 2.8 KM NORTH OF TIMBER BRIDGE CARRYING HWY 28 OVER EEL'S CREEK AT HAULTAIN, 2.7 KM NORTH OF HAULTAIN RD AND IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF EEL'S CREEK PARK. TABLET IS SET HORIZONTALLY IN EAST FACE OF NORT HABUTMENT, 1.34 M SOUTH OF N.E. CORNER, 24 CM BELOW COPING AND 6.0 M EAST OF CENTERLINE OF HWY 28.
