History and characteristics
It is located at number 3 of Plaza del Callao and number 39 of Calle Gran Vía , on the corner between said roads in the Sol neighborhood, Centro district .

It was designed by the architect Luis Sainz de los Terreros in 1926, 12 the works being carried out between 1926 and 1928. It is crowned by a tower ending in a dome. During the postwar period, it housed the Calzados Segarra establishment on its ground floor
