Just outside the TASM Planetarium, next to the parking lot and walkway, is an interactive sundial. A large blue sign has instructions for determining the current hour of day. We noticed that the time was an hour off, and then remembered that just about 7 hours ago Daylight Saving Time started so we added an hour and it was correct!
At the center of the sundial is a double row of stepping stones that have the names of the months. The stepping stone for June is the smallest, by design. Arranged in a semi-circle from the viewer's left are the numbers (hours) of 4-12, and on the right (1-9).
Instructions posted at Sundial:

2. Raise hand directly above head.
3. Shadow should be on hour of day.
4. Daylight Saving Time add one hour.
