This monumental fountain stands in front of the National Theater, in the Culture Square, Santo Domingo.

This is a fountain with complex decorative elements. It's a monumental work, made in bronze.
The fountain itself is circular, but the water basin is square. There are several decorative elements, but the highlight are the naked female figures, four forming a circle, all siting in what seems to be oyster shells, and one on the top, centered, playing a small musical instrument like an harp.
It was renovated in 2015. Currently doesn't have water running and the basin is dry.
