The center is typically open seven days a week, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, from mid-January to mid-December.
Now permanent residents at Shaver's Creek, many of these birds came from rehabilitation centers. Unable to survive on their own, they live here as ambassadors to their species and work closely with our staff and university students.
